Job Description

Human Capital Ventures is recruiting on behalf of a Global Technology Company with annual revenues of $6 billion, 40k customers worldwide whose solution manages over 500k assets for a Customer Support Executive.

As Customer Support Executive you will provide support to customers through a number of channels such as Phone, Email and Messenger in an efficient professional manner in accordance with Service Level Agreements from first contact to resolution.
The sucessful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Acting as first point of contact for escalations and logging tickets on the SAP CRM system.
  • Triaging support requests, providing basic troubleshooting and escalating where necessary; taking ownership of tickets through to resolution.
  • Creation of new customer accounts and provisioning of services
  • Processing of subscription and renewal payments
  • Outbound calling to chase status updates and outstanding documentation, information & payments.
  • General Business Administration
Candidate will ideally possess:
  • Minimum of 12-months call centre/phone-based customer service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Ideally providing product or technical support
  • Competent logging information on Service Desk/ITSM/CRM Systems
  • Good IT Literacy including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new software packages
  • Good knowledge of UK Geography
  • Ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels

Working Hours:             37.5-hour week (Various shifts 6.00am – 8.00pm Inc. Weekends)
Salary:                                   £18,000 - £20,000 per annum + Great Benefits
