As a requirement of our professional membership to The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), we are required to take a bi-annul compliance test and are please to report we achieved a pass rate of 95%.

The team at Human Capital Ventures had a 24 hour period to achieve a bass line pass rate of 80% with the test touching on a number of aspects of recruitment best practice; including key industry legislation such as the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the Conduct Regulations), the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) and the REC’s general Code of Professional Practice.

We use the test as great opportunity to up skill our more junior members of staff, while refreshing the knowledge of our more seasoned recruiters.
