Job Description

Responsibilities: 

This position will work closely with New York IT department and desktop team to provide IT services for all North America offices Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 
• Oversees the new hire set-up and onboarding process
• Creates and builds images in the mac and pc environments  
• Manages access to proprietary applications / core enterprise systems
• Troubleshoots software issues, installs and upgrades software  
• Troubleshoot printers and copiers  
• Provides conference room meeting support and troubleshoots teleconference issues
• Provides support and services consistent with company standards  
   
Requirements:  

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of six years experience in computer technology and have experience with PC and Mac repair  
• Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, server connectivity, corporate email systems, remote access, security groups, and active directory knowledge  
• He/she will have a thorough understanding of graphics applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Suitcase, Quick time Pro
• Working knowledge within Apple Remote desktop, SMS and creating packages for the pushing of software to desktop computers • Network configuration experience  
• In addition to the technical requirements of the position, the preferred candidate must also be able to carry up to 50 pounds.  
• Excellent communications skills (both written and oral)  
• Ability to multi-task with the ability to prioritize work assignments  
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced troubleshooting skills
