Human Capital Ventures is proud to be representing a Fortune 500 Professional Services Organisation, with over 65,000 employees spanning over 100 different countries, in the recruitment of a Hardware Asset Analyst, to be located from one of our clients plush UK Headquarters in Central Liverpool, Merseyside,

Due to our client continued growth and acquisition of several new operating companies, they are looking to recruit a Hardware Asset Analyst to join their Asset Management function, responsible for providing support and augmentation to the lifecycle of all corporate-owned IT assets, which includes, but not limited to:
  • Laptops/Desktops
  • Mobile Devices (iPhone/Blackberry)
  • Printing Devices
  • Desk phones
Responsibilities
  • In accordance with best practices and internal process and procedures, conduct audits to locate and identify hardware equipment across the business
  • Assist with Data analysis and reporting using Crystal Reports
  • Coordinate Hardware Disposal processes, working with external and internal SME’s
  • Provide input and guidance to new policies and procedures relating to asset management
  • Ensure that information is up to date against hardware assets
  • Analyse large data sets and use data to provide direction to the business
  • Develop regular reports to analyse the Hardware asset lifecycle
Requirements
  • Candidate should ideally possess more than 2-3 years’ experience of asset management or inventory control, preferably IT
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with all MS Office applications which includes Word, Excel (Strong), PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Crystal Reports or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the Asset Management Lifecycle

Salary:                                   £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
